Swimming Pool Services
Primary Service - Weekly Pool Maintenance
- Check pool chemistry to ensure proper balance
- Routine chemicals are included
- Skim the pool surface
- Vacuum the pool as necessary
- Empty all pool and pump baskets
- Check / adjust water levels
- Brush walls
- Inspect the equipment to ensure everything is working as intended
- Backwash DE filters Monthly or as needed
Secondary Services Include (Call for additional Information)
- Bi-weekly Pool Service
- Chemical only service (includes emptying of baskets)
- Temporary or One time cleanings
- Green pool clean up / drain and cleans
- Filter Cleanings (DE, Cartridge or Sand)
- Misc Repairs
Customer Questions
Q. How do you do your billing?
A. Invoices are sent out by mail or email at the beginning of the month, you have until the end of the month to pay by check, credit card or cash. We can also put a card on file to be charged reoccurring for your convenience.
Q. Do you offer referral programs for your customers?
A. Yes, our customers who refer a new client to us, and the new client continues with our service - our referring client will receive 1 month free service.
Q. Does your company repair pool cleaners?
A. Yes, we repair all types of pool cleaners. We do not charge our customers labor charges for the repairs only for the replacement parts.
